Our current product range qualifies for free Standard US Domestic shipping, and we process our orders within 48 hours. A Standard US Domestic shipment usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the shipment has been picked up from our studio.
You will be notified when your order has been confirmed, and when the package has shipped, we provide and supervise tracking for all our packages.
Expedited shipping is available during checkout, we suggest contacting us at cs@rhr.luxury if you do require expedited shipping so we can assist in providing the lowest and most convenient quote available at that time.
We cannot guarantee the expedited transit times published by the shipping and courier companies, we suggest using our free standard US Domestic shipping, as it is managed by Shopify it remains the safest and quickest method to receive your products in time.
At this time we only ship within the US Continental States, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please contact us if you reside in Canada or Hawaii, as we may be able to make an exception depending on the circumstance; we will announce when International shipping becomes available.
